There are two heated pools and hot tubs. We are also located within minutes from major attractions and night life – less than 2 miles to the center of South Beach. HORA VACATION RENTALS owns as well as manages many of the finest units in this beach resort.
Apartment 1501 at The Alexander (15th floor) with 2 balconies is a premier unit at The Alexander. This direct OCEANFRONT remodeled apartment with all amenities and Largest Balcony in the building is great for entertaining. 1501 is the larger 1200 square ft unit with a 500 sq ft. oceanfront balcony and a second 20 foot bonus second balcony on the south side of the apartment. This magnificent apartment has southern exposure with sun all day, 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large living room and dining area, well maintained and decorated with magnificent views of the ocean and beach and intracoastal water canal. Master bedroom has king bed and a full bed, 2nd bedroom has 4 twin single beds and sofa sleeper in living room.
Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 6 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum 8 guests. Select number of adults and children and rates will adjust accordingly.
Rental includes complimentary use of fitness center, concierge, bellhop, Wi-Fi, valet parking (fees apply), gift shop, coin operated washer/dryer on each floor, swimming pools, hot tubs, pool towels, lounges and umbrellas at pool. There is a play area and bonus public playground just one block away. Resort offers for additional fees beach chair rentals and water sports. There is a beauty salon and spa located on the 4th floor.
Local activities and attractions include water sports, bicycling, sailing, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, parrot jungle, seaquarium, Children’s Museum, Theatre, Historic Art Deco district and so much more. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and minutes from the Miami International Airport, the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts nearby, glamorous night life entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Eden Roc, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe’s and Aventura Mall all minutes away.

Disclaimer: Construction of the Alexander exterior facade, balconies, upper second pool deck and hallways is expected to continue through the winter of 2018, weekdays between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. On Saturdays there may be some lighter work done. This may cause some inconvenience including some intermittent noise and some balcony closures. Some building amenities may be closed until construction completion.

Stayed 3 days in June, 2016
This was a great unit. Had problem w ac unit in back bedroom not cooling and clogged toilet but was rectified within less than an hour of calling maintenance. Quick response. <br/>I was aware of construction however it was a lot more intrusive than we expected. <br/>The concierge was non existent the majority of the time, that was a bummer, good thing for Google.<br/>The public parking was an excellent suggestion aND money saver, it is literally one building away. <br/>Suggestion:they need to leave more toilet paper. Also some cleaning supplies. The expectation is to leave the place neat but that's difícult specially in the kitchen when there's not even windex or counter spray.<br/><br/>The staff very helpful aND friendly. As mentioned earlier mgmt was very responsive. The unit is spacious and clean.<br/>We would use hora rentals again in the future.

Check-in was a breeze. The building is older but well maintained. The highlight of the apartment is the balcony and awe- inspiring beach/ocean view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
