CHECKOUT PROCEDURES                                

  

Please...

 

- Collect all personal belongings including phones, iPad and laptop chargers. Check under beds.

 

- Remove any items from safe and leave safe open.

 

 

- Pile all dirty towels in the bathroom.

 

- Leave sheets and linens on beds.

 

- Return all TV remote controls to their respective TV’s

 

- Make sure all windows are closed and the balcony door is shut. Please lower shades halfway if possible.

 

- Place all used kitchen utensils in the kitchen sink.

 

- Place all trash in garbage and discard in garbage chute by the elevator service room.

 

- PLEASE throw away any OPEN perishable foods and seal in a garbage bag. Please do not leave any OPEN foods exposed unless it's left in the refrigerator. 

 

- Do NOT turn off air conditioning, it should remain ON at 72 degrees or lower

 

- Close all lights

 

- To reach valet or bellhop service call 305.865.6500 ext. 2992.

 

- Please remember to return all key bracelets and towel tokens to the front desk before you leave.
