Within walking distance to a playground, and the area around is so nice. We enjoyed our vacation very much.

The only important note (for the building) is that there is no ramp or elevator access to the beach level, you have to take the stairs by the pool. This was hard with the stroller and would be impossible for someone with a wheelchair. I do encourage the owner’s association to get a ramp to access the lower pool / beach.
