Virus Concerns, Re-bookings and Cancellations,

We understand the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) brings uncertainty to travel. Our cancellation policy during these uncertain times is more flexible than our usual strict non-refundable policy. We don’t want you to lose any of your payments and have a liberal policy for cancellations due to Covid19.

In the event travel is restricted or other Covid19 issues arise which prevents you from making the trip and you cancell or delay at least 30 days prior to arrival date, we are providing free rebooking for the full value of the reservation, up to 1-yr from date of the original check in date, without any loss to you. Any new reservation would be honored based on availability and the prevailing rate for those new dates.

If you do not want to consider a future date then a 25% cancellation fee applies if cancellation is done at least 30 days prior to arrival. To avoid the cancellation fee you would be entitled to make a new booking as explained above.
