Get Out Of The Cold And Into Miami Beach This Winter

We're a specialized private pay program offering an alternative lifestyle this winter for kosher senior clientele, directly on the beach and boardwalk. Our program provides support services and daily necessities with independent living. Family can relax knowing the needs of parents are being attended to with comfort, nutritious food, and safe socialization.

Private Accommodations At The Alexander On Millionaires Row

Each guest or couple has their own private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and a balcony with ocean views. We own and manage dozens of luxury apartments at the Alexander Condominium Hotel, directly on Miami Beach. Our building has a heated pool, hot tub, gym, the boardwalk and beach, all with no steps. We've earned our reputation for exceptional hospitality and have maintained our Superhost status across all major platforms. Early check-in can be arranged on request.

Glatt Kosher Dining, Delivered To Your Door

We've partnered with an in-house Glatt Kosher caterer (KM Hashgacha) who supplies hot gourmet heimish meals twice daily. Brunch is dairy except for Shabbos lunch, which is meat. Dinners are meat except Monday and Thursday nights, which are dairy. Menus are provided weekly in advance with write-ins and special requests welcome.

On Shabbos, meals can be enjoyed as a group in our dining room with safe social distancing. Each kitchen is stocked with basic supplies: bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, disposable cups, paper plates, and plastic cutlery. Kitchens are kashered with basic utensils, dishes, glassware, and cutlery provided. Shabbos tea light candles, havdalah set, kiddush cup, hot water urn, and hot plate are all included.

Activities & Social Program

Our experienced social worker and activities coordinator runs a full program designed to keep guests engaged and connected. Planned activities include:

  • Shabbos Davening (weekday davening on site or within a few blocks)
  • Lectures
  • Step, Stretch and Tone Exercise classes
  • Boardwalk Strolls
  • Movie Night on Location
  • Bingo, Board Games, Rumikub, Mahjong, and Dominoes
  • Crafts

All activities follow proper social protocols to keep guests safe. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available in each bedroom and the living room. Newspapers delivered on request.

Housekeeping & Personal Services

Daily housekeeping is included: dusting, bed refresh, towel replacement, bathroom sanitizing, kitchen dish washing, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. Bed linens and personal laundry are provided weekly, folded but not ironed (dry cleaning at additional cost).

Shopping orders are taken each Monday and delivered to your apartment on Wednesday. Prescription drugs can be arranged through local CVS or Walgreens with delivery as needed. Doctor and therapy appointments are coordinated with our Social Worker, with UBER transportation available. Hair and nail salon on the 4th floor. Occupational, physical, and massage therapy available in-suite. Packages shipped to guests are accepted and delivered to the apartment.
