Our properties are situated in one of the most historic areas of Miami Beach known as “Millionaires Row,” and within minutes to the center of South Beach. Many of our apartments have ocean, beach, and intracoastal city bay views getting much sun exposure throughout the day. Several of our direct oceanfront suites have expanded balconies overlooking the ocean, suitable for entertaining large groups and for private sunbathing. Miami Beach condo rentals include use of resort facilities, health fitness club, hot tubs, swimming pools, sauna, steam room, chaise lounges, towels, and umbrellas at poolside, and direct access to sandy private beach. There is no need to drive or even cross the street -- our properties are directly on the beach! At each vacation rental property, drinks, snacks, bar and grill are available at poolside. Lounge and restaurant for fine dining at some of our properties, gift shop, room service, massage therapy and beauty salon, concierge, Wi-Fi and optional valet parking are all available.

Notice and Disclaimer: We apologize in advance and ask that you pardon our appearance as renovations and beautification of the Alexander, its hallways, lobbies, upper secondary pool and mezzanine deck are expected to continue during weekdays between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm and occasionally on Saturdays when lighter work may be done. Our lower larger pool is open and operational as well as direct access to the beach. Complimentary towels are provided by the pool. All apartments and balconies are now completed and in full use. A lighted path promenade located outside our pool when exiting to the beach, which path goes into South Beach is now completed for your convenience and enjoyment.
In the rare event that an unexpected maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be re-assigned that is consistent in value and size to the unit selected.

Direct Oceanfront Luxury 3 Bedroom Miami Beach - 702
The Unit was great, exactly as advertised & pictured. The Unit Management were quite professional & responded promptly to all our requests and inquiries.
The beach was right out the back door, well maintained & staffed with courteous personnel to assist with chairs & umbrellas. Poolside restaurant food was good quality was great and delivered right to the beach chairs. The neighborhood was quiet & safe, day and nighttime, a quick ten minute Uber ride to South Beach and Miami's finest clubs & dining, or up Collins Avenue to grocery or the finest high end shopping.
Would recommend it to both families or collective singles or couples.
